As a member of the Electronic Warfare / Countermeasures (EW/CM) team, the selected candidate will be responsible for supporting activities associated with the development, integration, production and sustainment of the EW/CM subsystem for use on fighter aircraft. The successful candidate for this position will assist more senior engineers with the design, development, and test of electronic warfare systems. The scope of these tasks ranges from conceptual development and initial design to production and deployment support. This position will also require the ability to understand, design and troubleshoot custom electronic circuitry and assemblies. Must be a US Citizen or legally authorized to work in US as a permanent resident. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Bachelors or Masters degree in an
Electrical/Electronics Engineering program from an accredited college/university. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to interpret and create electrical schematics. Basic understanding of analog and digital circuit design.
Experience and missile/aerospace related education/background. System performance monitoring and evaluation experience. Electrical troubleshooting skills. Applicant should have course work and lab experience and with analog, RF, and digital components and systems, including practical experience with microprocessors, network analyzers, logic analyzers, and spectrum analyzers. Course work or lab experience in antenna design/analysis, radar signal processing and analysis is highly desirable
